My Path to NEURORGANIZED

NEURORGANIZED was born from overwhelm, burnout, and one life-changing realization that the problem was never a lack of effort. It was trying force my brain and body to function in ways they simply weren’t designed to.

By 27, I had already hit my first major burnout while navigating the intense world of marketing and agency life. Like so many high achievers, I pushed through long hours, impossible expectations, constant deadlines, and the pressure to always perform for relentless clients.

But eventually, my body started keeping score.

What began as stress slowly turned into chronic health symptoms fueled by inflammation, exhaustion, and nervous system overload. Brain fog became normal. Motivation disappeared. Even simple tasks felt heavy.

I felt disconnected from myself, overwhelmed by the everyday responsibilities of work, relationships, and parenthood...and deeply unhappy despite building what looked like a successful life on paper. By 29, I had reached what many would consider the height of my career. But behind the scenes, I was trapped in a cycle that felt impossible to escape.

For the next four years, that cycle continued. I tried every planner, productivity system, organization app, and “life hack” I could find. Some worked for a while, until they didn’t. And every time they failed, I quietly blamed myself.

The worst part, is the guilt I felt, and the constant blaming myself...."Why could everyone else seem to stay organized while I constantly felt behind?"

After years of pushing beyond my limits, I finally reached a breaking point. I was fortunate enough to be in a position where I could step away from work and spend six months recovering.

That time changed everything for me.

I know how rare and privileged that opportunity was, and I'm grateful for it. So many are struggling with burnout and don’t have the option to stop. They are forced to survive through it while still managing careers, parenting, relationships, bills, and the overwhelming financial realities of everyday life.

This is where my discovery of Neurodivergence began..and where the veil lifted from me as I began seeking and discovering lighter ways to structure my days.

Now, using my education and personal experiences, I'm ready to share what I've discovered for those silently suffering the same feelings.

With Love & Gratitude,

We believe organization is not about discipline, perfection, or forcing yourself into rigid systems.
